Modular Cleanrooms in Pittsburgh, PA
A cleanroom lets an ordinary industrial building host work that needs filtered air and controlled pressure. Built from the same panel platform as our offices, it goes up inside your space without a construction shutdown.
We plan cleanrooms for healthcare, life sciences and technology tenants from O'Hara Township to Greensburg, with a free design consultation first.
Inside a Panel Cleanroom
Walls and ceiling use non-shedding panels with flush interior faces, coved corners and closed penetrations. Gasketed doors keep the room tight.
Fan filter units in the ceiling grid push HEPA-filtered air down through the work zone and out through low wall returns. That airflow keeps the room positively pressurized against the plant around it.
Classification comes down to air changes, filter coverage and how the room is gowned and run. We start from the ISO class you need, typically ISO 8 through ISO 5 for industrial work, and size the filtration to match.
Because the room is panelized, it can expand when a second process line arrives, or be reclassified as requirements change.

Cleanroom Questions We Get
What teams want to know before they commit floor space to a controlled room.
Who Builds Cleanrooms Around Pittsburgh
Healthcare, life sciences, robotics and technology companies drive most of the demand. Many lease mid-size flex and light-industrial buildings in O'Hara Township, Canonsburg and Cranberry Township, where a controlled room has to fit inside an existing bay.
Chemicals and coatings operations on Neville Island use the same platform for prep and finishing rooms that keep dust off the work.
Humid summers in non-air-conditioned buildings make temperature and moisture control part of every cleanroom conversation here, so HVAC planning starts alongside the filter layout.
